You may return the answer in any order.
Note: [1,0,3,2] and [3,0,1,2] are considered as same quadruplets.
Example 1:
Input: nums = [3,2,3,-3,1,0], target = 3
Output: [[-3,0,3,3],[-3,1,2,3]]Example 2:
